Career counseling and resume development requires you to divulge deeply personal information.  That information is 100% confidential and not shared with anyone.  We maintain backups of our data at an off-site storage facility that we have sole access to. 

From time to time, we collect aggregate information to run our business.  In using that aggregate information no personal information is collected or maintained. 
We may also ask for testimonials  that may be provided to others. We will ask your permission in advance to use those testimonials.
